Aiscs HG10mm technology lifts the heel slightly, thereby reducing stress on the Achillies and lower limbs.
One piece moulded plastic out-sole with flex grooves to increase speed.
Four forefoot removeable studs and 2 heel removeable studs- 6 in total. These studs have a common thread and can be replaced with 16mm, 18mm, 21 mm studs.
Sizing is in US. (Please note that boots fit smaller than running shoes or trainers. You need to go up 1 size)
