The GT-4000™ 4 shoe is one of the most stable shoes in the ASICS® running collection.

Featuring a softer and smoother design, this shoe is functional for overpronators seeking a more supportive and cushioned step.

The midsole implements a FF BLAST™ cushioning unit and PureGEL™ technology. These features help provide a more energized toe-off with cloud-like softness underfoot. ​

Pronation: It is natural for your feet to roll inwards a little, upon impact with the ground. However if your feet roll too far inwards (over Pronate), then this can cause issues for your body. The GT4000 has a LITETRUSS® Medial Post inserted into the arch of the mid-sole. This insert is denser than the rest of the mid-sole. It improves stability, and creates a smoother and more balanced stride.

Shoe Widths: Women’s shoes are available in standard B width, then wider D width, then wider 2E width.
