Featuring a low-profile external heel counter, this piece comfortably cradles your foot with advanced rearfoot support.
Pronation: Pronation is when your foot slightly rolls inwards upon impact with the ground. This is normal because it helps to dissipate that impact. When your foot over-pronates (over rolls-in), that can cause stress to your limbs. These Kayano have a Litetruss medial post (arch support), that helps prevent your feet from over-pronating.
A LITETRUSS™ stability feature is placed on the midsole’s inside angle. It’s designed to help keep your foot from rolling too far inward during your stride.
