ASICS MENS CHALLENGER 9 COURT SHOE

Built on a new and improved midsole/outsole the
GEL-Challenger 9 continues its tradition of being a great tennis shoe that utilizes a broad range of ASICS performance technologies. It features exposed rearfoot and forefoot GEL for superior shock attenuation during play, PHF and a gusseted tongue for enhanced upper fit and a sturdy Trusstic system for added midfoot support. An aggressive herringbone outsole that provides grip in all directions is wrapped on the medial side for added support and durability.

• PHF- This Personal Heel Fit moulds and customizes itself to the individual heel shape of each wearer
• Gel- (front & rear) Shock absorbing material placed in midsole of shoe. Shape of units designed for special function
• Removable Sockliner- An EVA or SpEVA sockliner moulded to the shape of the foot, which can be removed to accommodate a medical orthotic
• Speva lasting 55- Employs 55 degree hardness SpEVA Lasting material for soft but stable platform feel
• Speva Midsole- Midsole material that improves bounce back characteristics and decrease midsole breakdown
• Trusstic- Molded compound under midfoot area. Provides a controlled and contoured midsole while improving arch support and torsion stability
• AHAR- ASICS High Abrasion Resistant rubber on the outersole.Helps cut down on excessive wear
• PGuard- Reinforced compound attached to forefoot providing increased durability and protection
