Asics Women’s Gel-Typhoon 3 Hockey Turf Shoe

Asics’ very popular GEL-HOCKEY TYPHOON shoe is ideal for all level hockey players.

The turf sole unit and durable upper, result in the shoe being seen around many touch rugby fields.

The update gets inspiration from the previous model as well in the form of rubber outsole and midsole, allowing for tremendous grip and cushioning with the natural give of the rubber pins.

The upper is tough and now uses a new synthetic upper that is both vibrant and very protective.

Width: D standard - STANDARD

For women the standard shoe width is B, going up to a wide fitting D and the widest a 2E.

DUOMAX SUPPORT SYSTEM: A dual-density midsole system positioned to enhance support and stability.

GEL – REARFOOT: Reduces impact during heel strike and allows for a smooth transition. Shape of units designed for special function under the heel of the foot.

ORTHOLITE LASTING: This lasting material features plush underfoot comfort while providing excellent moisture management and a high level of breathability (Ortholite is a registered trademark of ATP Manufacturing LLC.)

PGUARD TOE PROTECTOR: Reinforced compound attached to forefoot providing increased durability and protection.

REMOVABLE SOCKLINER: An EVA or SpEVA sockliner moulded to the shape of the foot, which can be removed to accommodate a medical orthotic.

TOUGHENED SYNTHETIC UPPER: The upper is tough and now uses a new synthetic leather that is very protective.

TRUSSTIC: Moulded compound under midfoot area. Provides a controlled and contoured midsole while improving arch support and torsion stability.
